Neil Kotchea was born in Yellowknife and raised in Fort Liard, NT. He is a self-taught artist who started sketching when he was only five or six. He is very open-minded towards art and likes to try new things when he is given the opportunity. He has created several characters and enjoys illustrating. Currently, Neil is working on perfecting his drawings of external environments for his characters.
